7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8. CHARGEBACKS

In those cases in which you make a purchase transaction through the ALMOND TREE MUSIC platform with your credit card, debit card or any other electronic payment instrument, you will have the right to have the payments you make reversed, when you request it, provided that: (i) You have been the target of fraud; (ii) It is an unsolicited operation; (iii) The product purchased by You is not received; (iv) The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested; or (v) The product is defective.
